1. General Terms

• This website is owned and operated by gangajal.com.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion.

  2. Payment Policy — No Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid Orders Only: We operate strictly on a 100% prepaid model. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.

  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and authorized Digital Wallets through our secure payment gateway partners.

  • Orders will only be processed and scheduled for dispatch once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

  3. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the sacred and spiritual nature of holy Gangajal, we maintain a strict No-Refund policy.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is captured, monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

  4. Replacement / Exchange Only

  • Returns for refund are not accepted. We offer free replacements only if:

    • The product arrives physically broken, damaged, or leaking during transit.

    • You receive the wrong product or size different from what was ordered.

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with valid proof (unboxing photos/video and Order ID). Requests submitted after 48 hours will be void.

  5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We dispatch orders via third-party logistics partners to addresses across India.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to regional logistics delays, holidays, or adverse weather conditions.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address along with a working contact number. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details.

  6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched from our facility.

  • Any pre-dispatch cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and store credit/replacement may be offered at our discretion, but monetary refunds will not be provided.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faridabad.

    Failed Delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)

    • No Replacement / No Refund on RTO: If a shipment is returned back to our warehouse as RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability, incorrect/incomplete shipping address, non-responsive phone numbers, or refusal to accept the package, no replacement or monetary refund will be issued.

    • Re-shipping Charges: Should the customer request a re-dispatch of an RTO package, the customer will be liable to pay additional re-shipping charges in advance before the parcel is sent out again.
